In an effort to bring a discussion to the forefront, this week’s guests initially set out to provide a resource for people to turn to and were stopped dead in their tracks. This week Jim welcomes back long time guest Mark Anthony and first-time guest Anthony Profeta to share their forum “Nobody is born a bigot”
Dr. Goldhaber and Jim discuss everything from the health dangers of drinking soda, to the infamous coffee spilling associated with a well-known fast-food chain. (While people like to mock the situation, the woman actually was severely burned and Dr. Goldhaber gets into those specifics too!)
Jim features a guest that you may not have heard of, but you certainly have heard. The six-string slinger of Savage Garden, Tal Bachman, Lifehouse, and Elvis Monroe, songwriter, and producer Ben Carey. Ben joins the show today to discuss life as a touring musician, the struggles of the lockdown environment, and his experience during the infamous Route 91 incident.
We have the special treat of a double guest show that features Brad Meltzer and Josh Mensch. However, they are not here to discuss what made Lincoln or Washington great (which they still so a little bit anyway) but rather to bring to light a forgotten tidbit of history. We all know the unfortunate demise that Lincoln met through the assassination at Ford’s theatre but this was not the first attempt on his life.
The Malliard Report, and views and opinions from all sources is what is prided on here. This week is no exception to the rule; jumping in hot seat tonight, Jim welcomes MMA fighter, ESPN commentator, and fellow podcaster, Pat Miletich.
