Dave Considine

This week on The Malliard Report we have hit another milestone. This show marks the eighth anniversary of the show, and what better guest to have than a longtime friend, Dave Considine. Dave joins on this marked occasion to discuss his history and passion for the paranormal, his relationship with Ed and Lorraine Warren, and to cover some of the strange and unusual things that we are seeing today. So sit back and enjoy this marker we have planted in the weird journey that we are on.

Dave Considine is one of North America’s few lay religious demonologists that is sanctioned by Traditionalist Catholic Churches. In his twenty-six-year career, he has handled thousands of cases along with his team involving psychic phenomena, historic hauntings, human hauntings, elemental hauntings, poltergeists, demonic infestations, possession and exorcism, the occult, UFOs, missing time, preternatural physical / non-physical entity encounters, abductions and missing people, human / animal mutilations, governmental & religious cover-ups.”

Dave is also known for his relationship and work with the renowned Ed and Lorraine Warren. With her recent passing, interest in their work has recently seen a resurgence, but to say that Ed and Lorraine were trailblazers in the paranormal field would be an absolute understatement. “In 1952, the Warrens founded the New England Society for Psychic Research, the oldest ghost hunting group in New England. They authored numerous books about the paranormal and about their private investigations into various reports of paranormal activity. They claimed to have investigated over 10,000 cases during their career. The Warrens were among the very first investigators in the controversial Amityville haunting. According to the Warrens, the N.E.S.P.R. uses a variety of individuals, including medical doctors, researchers, police officers, nurses, college students, and members of the clergy in its investigations. Stories of ghost hauntings popularized by the Warrens have been adapted as or have indirectly inspired dozens of films, television series and documentaries, including 17 films in the Amityville Horror series and five films in The Conjuring Universe with two more yet to be released.”

Dave also discusses crop circles, paranormal television personalities, the MIB, black-eyed children, Squatches, his first paranormal encounter, missing time, and so much more. This is a great episode and really does hold on until the very ends, where so much is still left to be discussed. Guess we’ll just have to bring him back then.
