We have all been there. Either we have been the one that is in a highly emotional state, or we have had to deal with someone that is so irrationally angry there is no talking them off the proverbial ledge. Or, if we try to we go and say the worst possible thing; something like “calm down” “is it really that bad” or any other hair-trigger trope. So, is there really a way to handle these situations that don’t leave charred wreckage in its wake? This week on The Malliard Report, Jim welcomes Doug Noll to the show who just so happens to be an expert in this field.
“Doug Noll speaks about and teaches people how to solve difficult, intractable, and highly emotional problems.
